Before you begin

As part of your submission we will require certain documentation to assess your application. The following documents may be required to be submitted:

  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Proof of not-for-profit status (e.g., Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registered Charity, Constitutions or model rules)
  • Booking ID

To be eligible to apply, groups/organisation's are required to:

  • Have acquitted any previous Bundaberg Regional Council grant satisfactorily.
  • Be a Bundaberg Regional Council based legal not for profit organisation, or registered charity.

Bundaberg Regional Council advises that as you have indicated that you have received financial assistance from the programs listed above and or your organisation is not within the LGA, nor is it a public event, and, or you are a political group, University, school or individual, or your iniative is fundraising for a third-party, and as such, you are ineligible to apply in this program.
